What is a trial SIM?

The Trial Plan SIM is a pre-configured 90-day plan designed specifically for your RealSAM device.

This plan includes unlimited calls and texts, along with 5GB of data for you to use during the trial period.

When will my SIM card be activated?

If you’re activating inside business hours (Mon – Fri 9AM – 5PM), your activation will be complete in 
2-3 business hours.

If you’re activating outside business hours, your request will be processed in the next business day.

How do I know my SIM is activated?

Once the SIM card is activated, you will get an SMS Message and your RealSAM device will announce that a new message has been received.

What happens once the trial ends?

Here are some options to consider after the RealSAM SIM Trial.

  • If you’re happy with the service provider of your trial plan, you can continue using them.
    Directly contact Ultra at (888)777-0446 or Verizon at (800)837-4966 and make your own arrangements, including providing them with your contact and payment method information.  
  • If you’d prefer your previous service provider, contact them directly to reestablish your account. You will need to get a new SIM card from them to use on your RealSAM Pocket.
  • If you want to try a new provider, get a plan and a SIM card from one of the many that’s available.
