Exciting News from RealThing!
In the next few months, we will be performing software updates to RealSAM Pocket phones. The update will include new features and bug fixes.
If you or someone you support uses a RealSAM Pocket phone, they will get a text message when the update is available for their phone. They will also get an audible notification that the update process is ready to begin.
Users will be able to choose to update as soon as they hear the notification. They will have 3 days to press the Tap to Talk button and say, “Update now.” Otherwise, the update will automatically occur after 3 days.
