RealSAM Pocket is an unlocked phone that works with all providers. But sometimes when you insert a SIM card into your RealSAM handset, you need to the provider’s assistance to get things going. For the major providers we have collected the following information.
AT&T
- Call 1 800 332 4685 (The SIM card needs to be provisioned correctly)
- AT&T will need to know the:
- IMEI # The unique identifier for your handset (To Pocket, just say “Device Info” to get the 15 digit IMEI number).
- ICCID# The unique identifier for the SIM Card. (You’ll usually find an ICCID printed on the back of a SIM card, but sometimes it’s included in the packaging materials instead. Normally its 18-22 digits).
- AT&T will then require Pin number validation over the phone. You can actually use any phone on their account.
- If choosing to use an eSIM with your device, go into the closest AT&T store. An authorized user for your account would need to be present and can assist in the transfer of any or all information for you.
